Anyone had any luck with streetpass yet?

I'm going to take my 3DS along with me at uni this week and see if I pick up anyone on streetpass.
I'm dieing to play the rpg quest minigame with some people's mii's rather than the 'hire a hero' cats [Facepalm]

You should be able to get both puzzles for your Japanese 3DS, I think.

I only obtained one via spotpass though, and I don't have anyone with a Japanese 3DS to streetpass, so I'm not so sure. >.<
Here's hoping though.

Street pass is used to connect your 3ds with other people's 3ds by signals when you may be walking past someone with a 3ds console. It can send information such as Mii Streetpass Plaza characters to one another, so you can get puzzle pieces for the jigsaw puzzle minigame.
Some 3ds games also have the streetpass feature, like with Kid Icarus: Uprising, if streetpass is on, you can send orbs to other people who also own Kid Icarus

Can't get my 3DS, DSi or my Xbox360 to connect to my modem/router through wireless. The laptop works but the internet is super slow compared to using an ethernet cable..

4 year old Belkin, time for a new modem perhaps?

I just managed to fix it and get the DSi connected to the internet. Once the missus gets home today from work with my 3DS I'm hoping it'll work too. :D

Anyone from Newcastle, NSW?
I've get at least 1 streetpass a day at Newcastle Uni but there are heaps of purple pieces we don't have (but plenty we do.)

I got 34 streetpasses today while in the city, 16 or so were from a Streetpass meet. Played Mario Kart 7 for a couple of hours while others played Kid Icarus, was pretty sweet! Right in the city where tons of people were looking at us like wtf are those people doing, so nerdy rofl.

For certain games if you streetpass someone you get something in-game, like a challenge relating to them, or weapon gems you can create/break for more hearts from people you streetpass in Kid Icarus.

Plus Streetpass Quest hats as unlockables and puzzle pieces to collect [MOG]
