Anyone had any luck with streetpass yet?

I'm going to take my 3DS along with me at uni this week and see if I pick up anyone on streetpass.
I'm dieing to play the rpg quest minigame with some people's mii's rather than the 'hire a hero' cats [Facepalm]

Everytime i streetpass someone it says they've passed 150+ ppl.

I've only got 40. I travel to the city everyday. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG :'@

Don't stress too much mate. I work in Adelaide Railway Station with hundreds of people passing my 3DS every day and I've still only got 37 hits. And I've had my 3DS since launch day.

Although I've had 3 people I've tagged more than once and that levels them up for the Quest so they do more damage ^_^

The midnight launch has been cancelled. They said because of unforseen circumstances but obviously because it has already released.

i got another 2 hits today. bringing my total to 48. 3 of them are from 3 EB stores: Parramatta, Wetherill Park & Fairfield in NSW. :D

Went today to buy a 2nd 3DS (Not for me.....for my son so there will be no more fights ;) ) and got 2 more hits. One from EB Games and one from GAME.

I'm so close to finishing the last 2 floors of the quest but i need more hits!

Yeah, I'm hoping so. It's a concept that should be expanded upon. The games make Streetpass all the more fun.

i went to the city today & i mean Sydney! i only got 3 street passes! from EB stores! i parked & walked around china town, up pitt street, through queen victoria building, then down to darling harbour! :'@ where the hell are all the 3DS'? i feel somewhat compensated by picking up chrono trigger on DS (very rare) & the new x-men anime series on dvd for $17.00. but i still would have liked more streetpasses considering it was SYDNEY CITY! :'@

i went to 4 different shopping centres today. got hits in all. but there was one kid playing his 3DS yet i didn't get a hit. so i approached him & asked if his streetpass was on? he said no & quickly turned it on. both our lights turned green. i suggested he leave his wireless on 24/7. now who in their right mind would go out with a 3DS & not have streetpass on????? =_=

I know right? I have a friend at school who brings his 3DS sometimes, and he doesn't turn his wireless on sometimes because he wants to 'preserve battery power'. =_= It's not going to lose that much power if wireless is on in sleep mode all day.

I actually haven't turned my wireless off yet. :O

I recommend going to a convention of some sort.

got 4 hits saturday & 3 hits today! wouldn't it be amazing to get a hit while in traffic. while driving i think will be moving to fast to connect. but while going slow in traffic or at lights would be possible. ^_^

does anyone know of any convention of anytype in sydney any time soon? even a ds pokemon thing. i got 50+ hits at supernova but wasted most coz i didn't know about the limit for the mini games. damn if only i knew! [Rage] i don't care where i gotta drive to in sydney! [Rage]
