Nintendo last night unveiled many developers working on games for the 3DS with great titles such as Star Fox 64 (Lylat Wars) and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time being remade.
I don't know about everyone else, but Nintendo have caught my attention and from the looks of it every other hardcore gamers. The 3DS will be a day one purchase for me!
What are your thoughts on the 3DS?

It's not really a new one, it's a remake of the Nintendo 64 one. Oh well, at least we can do a 3D barrel roll.

Don't trust wiki. A release date has never been confirmed, but probably next year or late this year.

All I know is I cant wait. However I personally believe that the longer they take the better it is for final touches of perfection. However my desire to play would rather it sooner

Apparently it's going ot be retailing at $350 AU, quite cheap for a lunch price.

I say play it safe and wait for the Australian release. Nintendo's going to have some type of downloadbale service for the 3DS and judging by what they did to the DSi and Wii it will probably be locked to your own region, unforunately.

Well its probably too late for Pokemon Black and White to go 3D i reckon, but most likely they do it with a future release. I mean, its not like they have a choice.

yeah true i wanted gen 5 to kick off in 3d but i guess gen 6 or if they make a 3rd instalment to black - white
like platinum for D-P we may still have a chance
