I never was much of a Animal Crossing fan, but I might be willing to try and get into the series again when this one hits. Not much info has actually been revealed so far, but we do have a trailer straight from E3!

Been playing LGTTC recently. My favourite Animal Crossing so far. By the looks of it, the 3DS one will be even better.

It'd be good if you could stack some of the same items like in Minecarft. :P Having only 15 item spaces + 10 if you wanna carrry them in letters isn't enough. D:

I think Animal Crossing will be more enjoyable on a handheld, too. :)

It'll be ok.

I didn't like the DS one that much or even the Wii one.

AC was best on the Cube. It hasn't really changed much since then, expect the rolling world which I don't really like.

I'm trying to get a copy of the Gamecube one at the moment, from what I've ready everyone says it is the best.

I'm really enjoying the DS version at the moment, mainly because my girlfriend is playing the Wii version about three hours a day at the moment, so when I eventually get access to my Wii I want to be playing Skyward sword.

Apparently this time you will become mayor of the town. You will be able to purchase and place items around the town such as benches, streetlights and solar panels. That definitely sounds like a nice progression!

Ah, well it was the exact same as the GCN version, minus the city part. LGTTC was a great game, don't get me wrong, it just didn't offer anything new.

In my LGTTC file, I made nearly all the flower hybrids, but because I haven't played in ages, my town is probably destroyed. :(

Bloody Americans. I remember how annoying it was when the U.S. got the Gamecube Animal Crossing a year before us in 2002. As a kid back then that extra year seemed like forever... I only ended up buying Animal Crossing by a chance look at EB Games a year later and seeing it on the shelf, after thinking it was never going to make it to Australia. :P
