Maybe that means it's not a side-scroller. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Galaxy had Luigi in a type of role, but no Bros in the title.

Yeah, that's true. And It's definitely not a side scroller, at least not for a full one. The screenshots definitely imply a bit of both 2D and 3D in the game.

Why is there a 3D in the forum title? It's bad enough developers put it everywhere, then Nintendo leaves it out and you go to the trouble of putting it in there?

Anyways, we know little/nothing about it so I'm trying to ignore its presence so I don't go crazy waiting. @_@

I hope it's not too short. I love Mario games, but New Super Mario Bros really really felt on the short side despite being extremely fun. Not sure of the Wii one changed that though as I've never played it.
