Just received a gift in a Toadhouse from a Mii. I thought it was from someone in my friend list that also has 3d land. Turns out however you receive gifts in this from people you race in Mariokart 7!

Played this for 2 mins in JB today. Was hoping for Mario Kart when I saw the display 3DS :P

Seems to control well and looks nice, can't wait till Christmas to get my hands on it :D

So I get the first one just before the check point and I know it must be somewhere on the three moving platforms and the spiders but before the big drop, after the water spouts but can't find it. :'@

Lol, Matteh XD I had trouble with that exact one too ...

Here's a tip, you can see the coins shadow on your moving platform if you look closely ;)

i have been taking my time to.. its awesome. i usually do one level a day or every 2 days.. i prefer to take my time with my 3DS games :)

I have a system at the moment - I play Mario Kart on the train rides to work, and then Mario Land 3D on the train rides home. Usually get 1 GP and 1 World done on each trip so it's nice.

I'm halfway through a Luigi + gold flag playthrough for 100%.

When you're not looking for coins and are just rushing levels to get Luigi's done. This game is really fast. Just gotta do the special worlds.

very minor

on one of the green exclamation mark switches that make the platforms, i hit the switch and went to climb the platforms it made, but i did something dumb and basically to avoid dying i went back down, but i hit the switch a 2nd time in a way that permamently pressed the switch down but didnt make the platforms lol.
