Yeah they never price match if the other store doesn't have it in stock. Also it needs to be relatively close by like in the same shopping centre or complex. I've had EB people call up the other store to see if it is in stock before.

I often get EB Games Nambour to price-match JB Hifi even when their nearest store was 30km away at Kawana. They did it every time no worries, occasionally ringing them up to confirm.

$40 for that keyboard is very realistic. For starters it's not reletively new. Its been out for quite a few years now and to make a keyboard would cause jack all. Probably wouldnt cost that much to make them at all

That has nothing to do with how much dse buys them for, especially in Australia.

I quoted the wrong one, it should of been the one where she said it probably costs logitech more than that too make them. As for the sale. It would work out better for them to sell all this at a loss than it would to have it on the shelves not selling it at all

This has got me wondering is it even a 'sale' as we know or just a simple price change on deleted stock?

I know with my work place we do price changes similar to this not as a sale but as a clearance of deleted lines which may mean out of a whole list we might only have one or two of the items listed.

I think that's why DSE haven't advertised it as such and would be pretty annoyed of how the public have all the info.
