It seems that a few of us are starting to get into Twitch TV either streaming games our selves or watching other people play. Either way it can be entertaining. Heller got the ball rolling with a few sessions here pc.mmgn.com/... then Kero stepped up and did a few events him self showing us some classic N64 games like OoT.

I thought it would be a good idea to have this thread to share what we are all doing on Twitch. Share channels so we can all follow each other (signing up only takes a couple of minutes), also having a Twitch TV account allows you to chat while watching other people play.
We can also use this thread to help each other get started, what programs to use, settings etc.
Last but not least lets use this thread to notify everyone when we are about to stream a game. If I'm around and I see someone announce that they are about to stream a game I'll Facebook and Tweet it to help get more viewers interested.

Going up in about 5 minutes, DLC is just about done.

We're also on the MMGN Teamspeak 3 server if you want to join us in there, but if you do, make sure you mute the stream, because my set up is very basic and if you have stream sound and are on TS3 is creates an endless reverb.

It seems after about an hour, my stream goes to poop, unless it's like a 64 or GBA game. Probably a whole mess of things doing that, like my brother being on youtube and what not.

I might buy a copy for myself now, get the better audio encoding and boost my frames, any little improvements help.

That's doesn't sound as bad. Seriously why do they put the biggest price up on screen when you click the "buy" button. That would scare most people away.

I was watching it as it was going.

It was just OK for a while, then it started to get choppier and choppier. My upload speed is a bit poop, so I'll never have a perfect stream, but it goes okay. Somewhat watchable, that's why I stick to 64 games mostly, they run perfectly. Might do some Binding of Isaac and Super Meat Boy later this week. Rage fueled gaming.
