Hi guys,

If you have an issue with your previous MyBuzz account not linking to the new Apple.MMGN account, please leave a message here and we will look into this asap.

Please tell us:

1 - Your MyBuzz username
2 - What the issue is
3 - Is this using the MyPaint application
4 - What browser + OS(windows or mac) you are using.

If you need to access the previous MyBuzz to retrieve something, it can be access here: legacy.mybuzz.com.au... But beware, things from there from this point onwards will not be migrated over.

@SonicGirl - We all found it a tad confusing and difficult at first, but now it is quite simple. The more you are here, the more you'll get used to it. Trust me, give it a few days and you'll be fine with the upgrade, actually prefer it over the previous build.

@Chynadoll1 - You still have a copy on your hard drive? It would be wise for you to always keep a copy of data that you upload just in case an error occurs, also this doesn't only apply to MMGN.

Just either wait for the remaining information to merge over OR just re-upload it.

Yes, well, it should. Information from MyBuzz is still probably merging over into Apple.MMGN, give it a few days and it should all be here.

@RockingSam - That's strange, any other information incorrect? If so, just fix it up. :)

@Chynadoll1 - we can merge it back for you, give us a few hours.

@RockingSam - we will investigate in a few hours.

All - MyBuzz was hugely popular, and had an iPhone app component to it, so it was very difficult for us to merge it 100%, but its all good for now.
