Hey Guys,

So as you know we've launched mygames.com.au... to the public, but we're still focused on supporting the MMGN community.

So that's why we've opened this thread for your suggestions and feedback, and to make requests for peripherals and titles on all platforms.

Keep in mind that we will only be stocking PAL games - we decided it was better to have the best quality we could get, have all DLC compatible with your consoles, and provide a competitive price rather than having headaches surrounding NTSC copies and the dramas that go with enabling DLC.

idm, I'm suspecting you already meant the package itself was breached and thus cause the actual damage, but I'm curious as to whether the bubble wrap itself is wrapped around the product of within the inner linings of the bag.

Oh, the bubble wrap is seperate to the bag. However, I just got the parcel package out the bin lol. (dw its recycling and was in the kitchen) it is also damaged in the same spot.

so the parcel, the bubble wrap which was seperate and the guides, all in the same place.

I find that hard to believe due to where it's damaged

like i said though, it is very minor, but still less appealing visually on the cover.

@Rivalz - Mate we're pretty upset to hear that your guides are damaged. We wrapped them nice a snug in bubble wrap! If you think the bag was damaged can you take a photo so we can contact Aus Post and ensure that never happens again! We'd love to offer you some credits off your next order, I've sent you a PM.

whenever I take a photo, the flash is always too bright. Without flash even, the damage on everything is too small to see in the pictures. cameras kind of old.

I did keep the parcel and bubblewrap though, and I intend to see what they say. They have weird protections against liability, but these guides were appropriately packaged and given that they are 'collectors editions'. I'd imagine they can't avoid taking responsibility.

it seems i can't refuse. I tried but you're so pushy to give me credit. <3

unfortunately it's the weekend though. hooray having to wait a few days to complain.

the damage to both guides are at the bottom, front and back. about 2-3 cm crinkles with maybe half cm tears on each side.

Even if Auspost is willing to compensate, I think it is worth investing in a + insurance option for all shipping options, so as to avoid any potential issues that auspost may have.

They gave me a complaint form or whatever, but told me to ring some number up. Though if I'm told to take the form down to the post office, it won't be favourable because it was packaged incorrectly. It should have been in a cardboard package, one of the ones that folds up. "It was sent as cheaply as possible" is what they said.
