oh i have another question. will the admins on this part of mmgn be admins on the other mmgn channels like if i was admin on myps3 would i become and admin on my360 after the mmgn merge?

No. Admins will remain channel specific. I.e. the MyPS3 admins will only be admin of PS3.MMGN.com. We're also going to be able to give out different roles, such as forum admin (basically what we have now, i.e. mods) news admin (access to featured news), gallery admin and so on.
