New Wifi event! You get the cover legendary from the opposite game (White gets Reshiram, Black gets Zekrom), at level 100 holding a dragon gem.
Also, if you put the event dragon into the dream world you get a c-gear design based on them.

So, it's going to be $15-$20.
Only way it can be worth that is if it has:
All pokemon and forms fully animated.
Egg groups.
All level up moves, egg moves, tm moves, tutor moves.
Evolution methods.
EV reward for defeating.
Locations.
