Alright, let's get going:

Dragonite:

Get rid of all the moves except stone edge. It seems you want a physical sweeper, go Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Stone Edge and I dunno, Thunderbolt for Milotic?

Salamence
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Rock Slide/Stone Edge
Fly (I'd've chosen Aerial Ace, but Fly is a HM, so...)
Much better moveset, yours is all over the place to be honest. You could even through away Dragon Claw and throw in Dragon Dance, but it's up to you.

Gengar

I assume with the moves you've got, you want a Stallgar, so I'll accomodate
Mean lookd
Destiny Bond
Shadow punch
Confuse ray
Much better moveset, simple strategy would be Mean Look an annoying pokemon, Confuse him, SP him away. Use Destiny Bond...or, after Mean Look, you could switch to a counter of that pokemon.

lvl ?? Blaziken w/ no item
?????
Blaze Kick
Sky Uppercut
Overheat (may change to Flamethrower)
Fire Blast

Ew. Just...ew.
Tell me, do you want a physical or an elemental blaziken? I'll give you physical
PHYSICAL
Agility
Fire Blast
Superpower / Sky Uppercut
Hidden Power Ice / Hidden Power Electric

Agility allows Blaziken to keep high offensive stats and attempt a fast sweep without having to be locked into a certain move due to Choice Scarf.

Fire Blast can do immense amounts of damage from a 350 Special Attack stat, let alone paired with STAB and Life Orb (and a potential Blaze boost too). Superpower handles Blissey and Snorlax who would otherwise shrug off Fire Blast, scoring an OHK.

I'm trying to give him advice guys, mind not posting?

Your empoleon has a crapy moveset, sorry. Ill help you.

Surf / Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Grass Knot
Sleep Talk / Hidden Power Electric

With Empoleon's massive list of resistances and resistance to Stealth Rock, he finds plenty of opportunities to switch into battle. Combine that with his great Special Attack and you have a natural candidate for Choice Specs. Other than dedicated Special sponges, this set has very few safe switch-ins. Surf and Hydro Pump is the same "accuracy versus power" argument, though Hydro Pump does always OHKO Magnezone. Ice Beam and Grass Knot are standard issue moves to hit Grass-types and Dragon-types (Ice Beam) as well as Water-types (Grass Knot).

The fourth move is filler. Empoleon makes a great Sleep absorber, being able to come in on Roserade, Yanmega, and Bronzong fairly easily, so Sleep Talk may be useful to get off one hit while Asleep. Hidden Power Electric will OHKO Gyarados as opposed to Grass Knot's 2HKO, as well as do more damage to Tentacruel and Vaporeon.

And finally, Metagross.
I'll post him in the next post.
MetaGross w/ Choice Band

Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
ThunderPunch / Bullet Punch

Metagross has a high Attack stat and an excellent defensive typing, making it a natural recipient for Choice Band. As with other sets that utilize Choice items, prediction is key in order for this set to function properly. Meteor Mash should be your main attacking option, as it deals a great amount of damage to most Pokémon, resisted or not. Earthquake provides Metagross with a great check against Fire-types and Steel-types who'd have no problem freely switching into Meteor Mash. Explosion lets Metagross go out with a bang when low on health, with only the bulkiest Steel-type Pokémon such as Skarmory, being able to survive a Choice Banded Explosion, but not without losing around 85% of its health beforehand.

The fourth move is up to preference. ThunderPunch gives you a good chance of dealing with Pokémon such as Suicune and Skarmory, who otherwise have no problem switching in; however, you will be placed in a bad position if a Ground-type such as Dugtrio or an immune Pokémon such as Electivire switches in. Bullet Punch allows Metagross to eliminate fast threats such as Azelf and Gengar, but neither is OHKOed when running a neutral nature, even with Stealth Rock up.

Explosion can be dropped to run both ThunderPunch and Bullet Punch, but it is difficult to give up the raw power that Explosion provides for this set. Dropping Explo

sion is only recommended if your team benefits from the added type coverage ThunderPunch provides along with having an effective priority move.

EDIT: This is what took me an hour to rate. Tying all this.

What are you looking for in a pokemon?

dont really know, i dont care about sweepers and stuff, just good pokemons for each type
Hm.....get something that doesn't have too many weaknesses. or, get one that has no weaknesses, like saybleye (not the best pokemon, though). I really like tyranitar and lugia, but thats just me.

Good pokemon of each type:
normal: snorlax
water:blastoise
grass:venusaur
fire:charizard
psychic: alacazam
ghost: duskclopse
dark: absol
dragon: all are good.
rock: golem
steel: metagross
ground: sandslash
poison: muk or nidoqueen
flying: lugia
Electric: zapdos

Did I miss any? This is fer pokemon up to the 3rd generation only.
Hope it helps!
Gyarados is a good choice, also get a Kadabra (or an Alakazam). Um, get something to fly that's decent, I'd suggest pidgeot or something basic.
Dugtrio's are pretty good with Rock Slide and Earthquake.
hey dis is my infrenape i think its really cool
