Hey guys how many of you have found shiny pokemon without the Action Replay me i have found 5 legit the first 2 was in Emerald Latias & Rayquazza, 1 in Leaf Green my Charmander which is now a Sick Black Charizard ,1 in Pearl was Rilou i got off Riley hatched shiny & 1 in Platinum Cressilia

You know when arceus is holding a plate it changes color? Does it still change color when it is shiny?

No. The actual chance of encountering a shiny pokemon is 1 in 8,192. So, you could find more than one in the same game.
I've had two legit shiny pokemon. First was a Mudkp, second was a Electrike. Both were found in the same save on a Pokemon Sapphire cartridge.

It still stays shiny, so the white is yellow, but yes, the colour of it's..thing(not sure what to call it) will change colour according to the plate.
