URGENT!!! Pokemon Question

K, I need an answer to this tonight.
In Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. How far do you need to get in the game to get an Event?
I'm referring to the Arceus one.

Sometime before the event ends I need to borrow my mates DS, go buy Platinum and try to get up to where I can get the event, so does anybody know??

I'm guessing right after you return from the Distortion World. So right after you capture or defeat Giratina can you re-visit Spear Pillar.

you can do it anytime after you're finised with the spear pillar storyline

Wait, I'm not talking about CATCHING Arceus.
I just want to have the event activated on my DS.
Apparently some guy in the Jubilife TV Station activates Mystery Gift.
Can I get the event on my cartridge before I finish the game?

Yeah, as long as you have the gift in your cartridge, you can see Arceus any time. There's no time limit.

You should be able to activate the event at any pokemart at any time of the game. Thats what happened with Darkrai.

So, all I have to do is get to Jubillife. Activate the Mystery Event thing and I should be right?
The event will save on to my cartridge?

In the midst of my exams, I really don't have time to play through the whole game.
