Kinda off but still kinda on topic...

I think Ash/The trainer should evolve. It's be a great twist to see a trainer evolve and take on some pokemon style abilities.

I agree! It should evolve to a dark kind of ditto called.. OTTID.. It will transform into the opponent pokemon like what ditto does.... except OTTID's transformations will have different colors and evil abilities hihihihi.

Eevee should evolve. THat pokemon has soo much potential. I could think of at least 4 different types. Water, Fire, Lightening, Dark....grass?

Water, Fire, Electric, Dark, Psychic, Ice and Grass in Gen IV.
I would agree Eevee should get more evo's, but then, we'd have to do more to get them. Also, there are a rare few types that have one Pokemon purely as it.(Also, they already have all the stats covered right now, unless they want to out-phase our originals?)

I think the OP should've mentioned Pokemon with less than 2 Pre-evo's and no Evo's that should be able to Evo eventually, perhaps in Gen V. How stuffed up would a 4th Tier starter be?(And on that note, how many Pokemon actually have 4 stages?) Or perhaps the speciality Dragons from the times?

Tiptup has one of the better ideas here, lets follow his example then.
On that example though, most of not all of the Non-evolving ones (except legendaries and the overly-strong) should get Evos.
Absol and Heracross would be my 2 to get special Evos.
