If the FTTH network ends up succeeding, you'll be topping speeds of about 50-60mbps (not MB/S, don't get your bits and bytes confused young Padawan) with usage averaging at LEAST 100gb. 200gb is a bit extreme, as that's the cap in America at the moment.
