Who wants Simpsons back?!!

The simpsons is no longer airing 6pm weeknights on channel 10. It has been replaced by 'Friends'. This has happened before (replaced by something else though) but channel ten always broght simpsons back. But it hasn't been on in a while now, so it doesn't look good. I know they were always old episodes, but I still love watching again! If you're a Simpsons Fanatic like me, Post in this forum to tell everyone why it deserves to be back on!

umm buddy, if u remember right, which u probs don't, the same thing happened b4.back in 2000 the nanny used to be in every night, for years, then they put the simpsons on instead, now im not complaining, but its just nice to see some variety on tv. the simpsons is great and everything but seriously its been on everynight of the week plus double eps have been shown regularly in previous years on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday, for eight years, so im not complaining about a little change in the weeknight viewing.

Anyway what's wrong with friends? the network is clogged full of crappy crime and medical shows which are ok for a while but then just get old quickly. So when channel 10 replaces the simpsons (its still on on weekends you know)with friends im not complaining because it nice to see a change after eight years.

Well anywal thats my two cents and i hope that you took something away from reading it.

ive been a fan of the family whan i saw a tv and that was way back

i stll see it i hate friands to but why did they ten put friands in 6pm weekdays it was so good it was 7 pm but Big losser and dance came back thats why but dance is going to be over in a few weeks time but when idol comes the next day after dance well looks like we can only see simpsons on 6 pm other then the sunday and saturday and on fox8 on foxtel and maybe austar

I'm sure they'll put it back on soon...they always do.
But most shows do need a break every now and then. It's probably just a way to keep their ratings up.
Besides, Friends is a great show! It's one of the best sitcoms around.

the simpsons at six is an institution they have to bring them back soon and hopefully they will play newer eps than the ones they usually play at six i swear i saw one twice in one week once

very true the middle seasons are the best it seems like they've just run out of ideas for the newer episodes.

The Simpsons is contracted for a number of additional season still, I think another 2 or something, can't find the articles about it now.
Normally they're going 'hell yes, more seasons' but so far they've been quiet about whats happening beyond the end of the contract.
