Considering he hasn't come on in this series until the tail was in (due to Pattinson and co cleaning up the top order), you can only do with what's presented to you. Bowled well. And if you're so good, post your MyCricket stats.

Huddo said: typical poms... giving up when things get too hard. they got rolled a few summers back in aus when they were rebuilding and now the aussies are rebuilding and finding their best teams and structures and doing pretty well as they go i think
Seanybruz said: I'd take a 3-1 series loss over a 5-0 whitewash @Huddo I noticed that as well the 3rd ball they got given was swinging heaps, the Aussies batting was shit but if the Kiwis kept one of the first 2 balls Bracewell wouldn't have got a 6fer.

Younger players need to be put in now to make sure we have the right players with enough experience in Tests (not the other crap) so that we aren't embarrassed by the Poms again. Or maybe we should just play a whole team of bowlers as they seem to be able to stick around longer than the so called specialist batsman. Also just on Lyon he has been brilliant, who cares if he mainly gets tailenders, somebody has to do it as we've seen many times before where a tail getting a few cheap runs can cost you a game.

Hussey will be safe, but he'll have to perform in the first two tests. He always performs as soon as there's doubt over him. I'll back him for a hundo in the boxing day test.
