Nintendo's official camera peripheral and the first game to utilize it is Otona no DS Kao Training(Japanese for Adults' DS Face Training.) Adults' DS Face Training comes as a package with camera and stand in one.

Yeah that would bother me too if a had a DS fat, it's still early days for this ad-on so you might be lucky.

I have heard on some site (can't be bothered searching to try and find out where

) that because of something to do with the design of it, looks like it has only been built for the ds lite. Sorry, my details are a bit sketchy, but it must be very annoying for all the original ds owners out there that they are leaning towards making accessories that are not compatible with them. I guess I'm glad I waited so long to get a ds after all!

God i hate the ds phat there so ugly and big.I love the lite cause it is PORTABLE the ds phat isnt portable it cant fit in a pocket.But soz for al you guys.

I dislike the idea of a camera for the DS, but it doesnt mean i wont get it

I would only use it for the use of games that apeal to me, but I wouldnt use it as a digital camera, because people might think im abit silly taking pictures with my DS xD

That would be cool w/pictochat! I think it would also go well with the CycloDS cos it has a memory card (potentially 8GB)and the Moonshell OS. Patch free too.

Lolol, Normal DS doesn't own DS lite and DSi.
Oh, by the way- DÓN'T wait for DSi because of the camera. It's only 1.3 MegaPixels, which is reaaaalyyy crap, considering that my phone camera is 3 megapixels.
:) Buut, that does look cool o.o If you can do any more cool stuff for it, it'll be an awesome accessorie for the DS lite.
