DS Cleaning Kit
Removes dust and dirt from the Nintendo DS and Gameboy Advance cartridge slots, keeping the contacts clean can prevent operation problems. A separate cleaning cloth is also available for cleaning the screens. Compatible with Nintendo DS, DS Lite, and the Gameboy series.

you can use conventional cleaning kit... but if you got extra $ to spend its good to have this... it matched your DS, especially the white one.

Same here. I have only had my DS for like 4 months and it is already got greasy fingerprints all over it.
