Just received mine the other day, got stuck on how to use it but Games Wonder helped me out and it works great, you even have 3 levels of rumble with the rumble pack option.

The Nintendo DS browser requires extra RAM to function and the 256Mbit GBA card is to do with home brew applications, I really only wanted it for the rumble pack and Browser RAM, so I don't have to keep swapping carts.

Got mine today from dealextreme and the darn thing did not work.
Tried two lots of software on two different DS's with two different slot 1 carts and still not recognized.

Have already applied for an exchange.
