Animal Crossing: New Leaf arriving in Q2, 2013

Animal Crossing: New Leaf, the 3DS instalment in the popular Nintendo-esque life sim, will be released in Europe and presumably Australia in Q2, 2013.

That puts its release date between April - June.

New Leaf was recently released in Japan. However, the European localisation, with all those many languages, is a lengthy process.

This is one of two games I will buy a 3DS XL for (the other being Paper Mario). I can't wait. Nothing beats the endless memories of the Gamecube Animal Crossing.

Looks like I'll be buying a 3DS for New Leaf and a Vita for Digimon Adventure RPG now. For once I may be spending more on the consoles rather than the accumulation of games :)

I'm not quite that desperate :P, but it sure would be nice to play Animal Crossing again...

I think 2 years was too long a wait.

I have purchased every animal crossing game in November so it will be interesting being able to catch expensive fish and bugs from the get go.
